SPEAKERS & SCHEDULE

29th September - Climate Dinner Club - 1700-Late (€100/person)

Join us for a magical evening in the pavilion with climate and nature titan Tony Juniper - Chair of Natural England and former Executive Director of Friends of the Earth and WWF. With host broadcaster and ecologist Anja Murray, we’ll explore a life of campaigning, leadership and collaboration, and learn about his new book "Just Earth: How a fairer world will save the planet", whilst enjoying a radical reimagination of formal dining and live music.

Curated by food hero Mick Kelly following GIY’s core principles, this isn’t just a dinner — it’s a bold, regenerative agricultural act of climate leadership. Set under the canvas of the Pavillion in the organic gardens of Ballintubbert House, the Climate Dinner Club brings together 150 changemakers for a zero-waste, organic-fuelled dining experience that stirs the sustainability soul and senses. With every course telling a story — from ingredients sourced from the regenerative GIY Farm to showcasing products from local food heroes — this immersive evening reimagines what sustainable hospitality can be: local, seasonal, organic, regenerative, story-rich, and radically delicious.

Live music will be performed by artist Zoe Hayter – an intimate singer-songwriter who blends folk, blues, jazz, theatre and raw storytelling. Raised travelling with Footsbarn Travelling Theatre, she makes autobiographical songs that feel live and immediate, and  reflect the blend of cultures that have shaped her life and artistry. Zoe has toured with Glen Hansard and Razorlight. Zoe is supported by local traditional musicians Lírnan performing as guests arrive and enjoy a welcome cocktail.

30th September - Carnival - 0900-Late (tickets from €115/person; includes, lunch and drinks at Climate Cocktail Club)

Join us from 0900 for a day of exploration, entertainment and inspiration across five immersive zones:

0900-1030: Registration, welcomings, exhibition, groundings, yoga, coffee, forest bathing, walks...

1030-1630: Five zones with stages covering 30+ individual sessions, 70+ speakers; and loads of networking and interactive sessions.

1700-Late: Networking, food, craic, live music... then Climate Cocktail Club carnival-style from 1800.
