PURPOSE
Climate Carnival is not a conference. Not a networking drinks. It's a two-day collision of the people who actually move the dial: business leaders, policymakers, scientists, activists, artists. Built on four interconnected systems - Ocean, Food, Habitats, Culture - across fourteen acres of organic gardens at Ballintubbert House in Co. Laois. The theme is "From Silos to Systems." That's not rhetoric. It's the design. Day 1 turns the lens inward, exploring your thinking, your leadership, your capacity to act through a field trip and Climate Dinner Club with former Irish President Mary Robinson and live music from Seán McKenna. Day 2 turns it outward onto the systems that shape the world we're trying to change. Up to 1,000 attendees, 40+ world-class speakers, 20+ sessions, live music, workshops, conversations that don't happen anywhere else.
WHY ATTEND
You'll collide with decision-makers you need to know and hear the thinking that shapes what's possible next. The structure itself teaches systems thinking. You and your team spends the day crossing between stages, seeing how food policy threads into resilient communities, how ocean health affects what we grow, how culture shapes what communities will actually do. You leave with real connections and frameworks your organisation can use- not laminated values posters, but ideas you can actually act on. Business leaders sit cheek-and-jowl with changemakers, solutionists, peers and grassroots activists. Proven by 2025: 500+ attendees called it "inspiring, energising, thought-provoking, catalytic". One said it was "a climate conference like no other." You come home with something rare: a day your team will actually remember.

In Ireland we only have just over 9% of our ocean protected. We want to see this increase to at least 30% by 2030. At Fair Seas we seek to protect, conserve and restore Ireland’s unique marine environment. Our ambition is to see Ireland become a world leader in marine protection, giving our species, habitats and coastal communities the opportunity to thrive.
Our Story is a visionary communications consultancy and production company in service to people and planet.
We know the science, and we have all the solutions to solve this polycrisis. Now we need compelling storytelling that sparks awe and transforms climate anxiety into inspired action towards a regenerative future.
We help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) driving climate action (Doers) gain more visibility, greater recognition, and a faster ROI for their sustainability initiatives by providing a dedicated platform where they can launch, share, and compete for prominence through community engagement with climate-conscious supporters (Champions).

We are a not-for-profit organisation advocating for the natural capital approach. This concept frames the values nature provides and our dependence on it in a similar way to other forms of capital – like financial. It provides tools to integrate environmental data into accounting systems, thereby making nature more visible in decision-making. Our mission is to have Ireland's natural capital and nature's contributions to people valued, protected and restored.
