For more than 15 years, Tom has specialised in the development of innovative, impact focused solutions addressing the climate and nature crises. Tom is CEO – Founder of BE IMPACTFUL, an impact advisory for leaders on climate and nature financing. Tom unleashes changemakers with the insights, solutions and partnerships they need to reach set climate, nature and community ambitions through net zero, positive and restorative goals. For the last decade Tom has built impact programmes for more than 200 global organisations across Fortune 500 and FTSE 100, including Accenture, Sky, BBC, Marks and Spencer, Deloitte, ING, Logitech, PwC, Logitech and more. Tom is a Board Director of GIY, Trustee Director of Hometree, and Member of the Biodiversity Credit Alliance.

Jana Platau

Head of CSRD Policies and Engagement, Group Far, Zurich Group

Jana, is currently the Head of CSRD policies and engagement for Zurich Group. Most recently she was the Head of Sustainability at Zurich Insurance Europe AG, leading sustainability strategy and vision for the organization. She has over 13 years of experience in sustainability and ESG consulting, working with financial services, technology, start-ups, and Fortune 500 institutions. She holds an MBA from Trinity Business School Dublin, Ireland and an MSc in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University, Netherlands. She is also a member of the EFRAG Insurance Advisory Panel and a non-executive director on the board of Global Action Plan Ireland.
