Ray O'Neill
Co-Founder, Climate Cocktail Club; Co-Founder, Fincovi
Ray has 10 years’ experience in commercialising and financing renewable energy and clean tech companies in Asia, Europe and the US. Previously, Ray was Head of Energy and Clean Technologies at AIB before creating and leading AIB’s strategic Office of Sustainable Business. Ray holds an MBA from the University of New South Wales, Australia, a Higher Diploma in New Business Development from DIT and a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. Ray has his own podcast series, drives a Nissan Leaf 40KW and is generally interested in all things renewable (including storage), autonomous and sustainable.

Tom Popple
Co-Founder, Climate Cocktail Club; Senior Manager Climate Change & Sustainability, Natural Capital Partners
For more than 10 years, Tom has specialised in the development of innovative, impact focused solutions to climate change. Joining Natural Capital Partners in 2013, Tom leads the European and Asian corporate climate action practice. Tom designs and delivers value-led climate change and sustainability programmes for a portfolio of leading global brands, utilising results-based financing mechanisms that align with recognised impact criteria including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). He is a lead contributor to the Insetting Working Group of the International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance (ICROA), Advisor to ChangeX, Sheep Inc., and other disruptive impact-focused brands. Tom is an aspiring "off-grider" and has just moved into a self-build sustainable home in rural Ireland... roll on the home grown vegetables!
